Why and How We started this business
This Christian based cleaning service began in 2006 when the President/CEO, Delnise Moore, had the mission to help seniors that needed assistance with cleaning and organizing their homes. The focus was more on providing a service for the elderly while ensuring they were safe, and not alone. Her first clients were at no charge because she saw the great need for the service and was very passionate about helping people.
In January 2008, Mrs. Moore was invited by one of her clients to a woman network session and this was the beginning of the growth of her business. Before attending the session she had only two paying customers, one commercial and one residential. From that session, she was blessed with six (6) new clients and within three (3) weeks her clientele grew to a total of 24 clients between residential and commercial.
The business was founded in Oak Ridge, TN in 2008 as a small, minority, female-owned business. From the initial network meeting, the best advertisement and marketing has been "satisfied customers using word of mouth." The business has been growing rapidly ever since.
The goal for Always Moore Janitorial Service is to provide our clients with a thorough, trustworthy service that aims to exceed our customers’ expectations with a methodical, detail, and professional cleaning service for both residential and commercial clients.

We offer specialized, effective and economical professionally-managed housekeeping services around the Knoxville and Oak Ridge area to satisfy the janitorial and maintenance requirements of customers of all sizes.
We develop customized programs to meet specific needs, providing timely service as you require - nightly, weekly, or one time.
